Shipping Policy

We ship within India only. We do not currently accept international orders or ship to addresses outside India.

Delivery is subject to your PIN code being serviceable by our courier partners. Serviceability is checked at checkout. A small number of remote, restricted-access and border-area PIN codes cannot be serviced; if your order is affected we will contact you and refund in full.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. During sale periods, festivals and peak season, processing may take 1–2 additional working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time depends on the courier network and factors outside our control. We are not liable for delay caused by courier backlog, weather, natural disaster, strike, civil disruption, regulatory checkpoints, or an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp containing your AWB (tracking) number and the courier’s tracking link. Tracking information typically becomes live within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of your order confirmation, write to support@boombaba.in with your order number.

Our courier partners may deliver to any person present at the delivery address who is willing to accept the parcel.

Deliveries will not knowingly be handed to a person who appears to be under 18. Our couriers are instructed to seek proof of age where there is any doubt, and to refuse handover if it cannot be produced.

Please inspect the parcel before you accept it. If the outer packaging is torn, tampered with, wet or visibly damaged, refuse delivery and inform us the same day. This is the fastest route to a replacement.

If you accept the parcel, we ask that you record an unbroken unboxing video. This is required to support any damage or missing-item claim — see our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. An order may be returned to us where:

• Nobody is available across all three attempts;
• The address is incorrect, incomplete or unreachable;
• The recipient refuses delivery without valid reason;
• The recipient cannot establish that they are 18 or over;
• The phone number provided is unreachable.

Where a shipment is returned to us undelivered through no fault of ours, we will refund the product value less the actual forward and return shipping costs incurred. Where you wish it reshipped, fresh shipping charges apply.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, contact us. We will raise a formal investigation with the courier, which typically takes 7–10 working days to conclude. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement, or issue a full refund including shipping, at your election.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging that does not disclose the nature of the contents. Products inside are sealed to protect against moisture — an important consideration for paper products, particularly during monsoon.
